Hi there, I’m T and welcome to my blog, The Journey 2 Healthy. One woman’s journey to a healthy weight, a healthy mind, and being able to run.
Will I get there? Who knows! But I’m going to try*.
At the start of this blog I have lost 26 pounds, which brings me over a quarter of the way to my ultimate goal of losing 100 pounds and reaching a healthy BMI.
*Like actually try. Not just thinking about trying because the last 14 years has shown that that drives limited results.
